Can I use the photographs I already have?

Yes. Upload your existing photographs from the mobile app or web portal. Originals are uploaded without AI processing and do not use your AI-photo allowance. Company storage and catalogue limits still apply.

Do my customers need to sign in?

Not when you share an enabled public catalogue link. Customers can browse in their browser and place an order with their buyer details. You can disable the link, or separately give verified viewers access to selected catalogues.

Can my team use the same collection?

Yes. Your company has a shared Gallery. Owners manage company access, and permitted Team members can photograph, upload and create their own catalogues using company photos. Viewer access is limited to browsing and ordering from shared catalogues.

How do I get access to Jwell.shop?

Contact us on WhatsApp. Company activation requires a personally issued code with your validity period and limits. Renewals and extensions are handled personally too—there is no automatic subscription or online checkout.

Does ready stock limit the orders I can receive?

No. Ready Stock is optional and never blocks an order. Delivered quantities reduce tracked stock, and a single-product movement report helps you follow manual changes and deliveries.
