1. Who we are
Jwell.shop is operated by MR SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy describes information handled through our website, app and related support, including company workspaces and public catalogue links.
For privacy questions, corrections or account/data deletion requests, contact support@jwell.shop. Company owners also control their workspace membership, content and sharing. If you are a company’s customer, that company is responsible for its own use of your order and contact information.
2. Information we handle
- Account and company information: sign-in email, profile and company details you provide, membership roles, access permissions, plan and credit records.
- Photos and product information: photos you capture or select, processed images, company logos, descriptions, weights, prices and classification such as gender/audience, jewellery type and placement.
- Catalogues and orders: catalogue selections, share-link settings, order items, buyer/contact information you submit, and order status/history.
- Technical and security information: session information, IP/network and browser/device signals, notification tokens when enabled, error/operational logs and records of access, uploads, processing and credit usage.
- Support information: messages and any attachments you choose to send us. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment credentials.
3. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, enforce company permissions, save and display photos, provide enabled AI features, manage catalogues and orders, account for plan/credit use, send requested service messages, investigate faults and abuse, and respond to support or privacy requests.
We also retain records needed for security, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Your company’s content is not made public merely by saving it to its private Gallery; sharing choices and membership permissions determine access.
4. AI photos and model generation
AI features use xAI, an external processing provider; they are not processed entirely on your device. Primary AI photo editing sends the selected photo and background instructions. Model-photo generation sends the product image and relevant classification, including jewellery type, body placement and audience, to create the requested presentation.
Ordinary Normal Camera saves and original-photo uploads do not, by themselves, request an AI edit. Eligible new AI-camera photos can also generate a model automatically where the company’s feature settings and required inputs allow it. Generating a model from a saved photo is a separate AI operation.
xAI’s standard API policy describes retention of inputs and outputs for 30 days for abuse auditing. This service does not promise zero provider retention. See xAI’s API data-handling information.
You can manage AI permission in the app’s Settings or Online Processing Consent in the website’s account menu. Website permission applies to the signed-in account in that browser. Declining or withdrawing it does not prevent ordinary Normal Camera use or original uploads, and cannot recall information already processed or shared. Avoid submitting images containing unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
5. Service providers and sharing
Information is handled by providers supporting the functions you use:
- Supabase: authentication, company/application records and private photo storage.
- Render and Amazon Web Services (AWS): website/gateway hosting, validation and processing infrastructure. AWS storage also supports selected recovery data; this is not a promise that every photo has a recoverable backup.
- xAI: the image processing described above.
- Resend: recipient addresses and service email content, such as verification, password recovery and invitations.
- Firebase and device notification services: notification delivery and associated tokens when you enable supported notifications.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: browser/device and network signals used for anti-abuse checks. The challenge page does not receive your Jwell.shop password, company records or photos.
Providers may process data outside your country. We also disclose information where necessary to comply with law, protect users and the service, or respond to a valid legal request.
6. Company access and public links
Authorized company members can access information according to their roles. A public catalogue or order link allows its holder to access the information made available through that link, so only send links to intended recipients.
People can forward links or keep downloaded images, PDFs, screenshots and messages. Disabling or expiring a link limits subsequent service access; it does not recall copies already received. Information submitted with an order is available to the relevant company.
7. Device permissions and local storage
The app requests camera access for taking photos and uses the system picker for files you select. Still-photo capture does not require microphone access. The photo workflow does not require your contacts, location or advertising identifier.
Sign-in sessions and necessary application state use cookies or local storage. The app may retain private working copies and pending-save records to support interrupted transfers. Do not uninstall or clear app data while a photo is still pending if you need to preserve that local copy.
Optional order notifications can be controlled in Settings and your device’s notification settings. Notification content is kept generic rather than including buyer contact details or photo contents.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain account and company data as needed to provide the service and satisfy security, operational, dispute and legal requirements. Retention depends on the record and its purpose; there is no single automatic deletion period for all company data.
Deleting a Gallery product removes it from the applicable Gallery view, subject to access and linked-record checks. Related order/catalogue references, audit and processing history, recovery data or storage copies may remain until their applicable retention and cleanup conditions are met. Closing a company’s access is not the same as erasing all company or account data.
Completed app-private working copies can be removed after cloud verification and when no operation is using them. Pending or uncertain copies may remain for recovery. Removing an app-private copy does not remove an original from your device’s Gallery or Files.
9. Your choices and requests
You can review or correct information through available account/company controls, manage permissions and sharing, and contact support@jwell.shop to request access, correction or deletion of personal information or your account. Tell us which request you need, using your registered email where possible; never include a password or verification code.
We may need to verify identity and authority before acting. Company ownership, other members’ rights, shared order records and legally required retention can affect what can be removed. A last Owner may need to transfer ownership or arrange company closure. We will explain applicable limitations rather than promise immediate complete erasure. These email requests do not imply that a self-service account-deletion feature is currently available.
10. Business use and children
Jwell.shop is a business service, not a service directed at children. Do not submit children’s personal information or photos without appropriate authority and any legally required consent. Contact us if you believe information has been provided improperly.
11. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the service or its data handling changes. The date above identifies this version; material changes requiring notice or consent will be handled accordingly.
